How will the delivery be done?

We process the delivery through trusted sources. It is recommended to check if any delivery service is available in your area through the Pincode. However, if there is not, the product will not be delivered. 


How safe is my product?

Your product is packed carefully in bubble-wrap packaging. If you receive any broken jewelry, please contact our team immediately.


Does Swarnish deliver nationally?

Yes, Swarnish delivers products nationally.


Can I change my shipping address after I have placed an order?

Yes, you can change your shipping address before the dispatch of the order. However, if the order has been dispatched, we will wait for the order to return so we can ship it to your new address. It may prolong the stated delivery period.

No. We will return all the money if you choose to return the product.

How do I return the product to Swarnish within 30days?


  1. Go to the return and exchange section of the website.
  2. Pack your jewelry in the original packaging material along with the receipt. There are different options available depending upon the range of your product. 
  • If the product is below 35,000,then drop the product to the concerned individual who will pick up your package. 
  • If it is above 35,000, then an employee at Swarnish or a third-party logistics company will come to collect the product from your doorstep.
  1. Collect an acknowledgment during the pickup.
  2. Your refund will be allocated once we ensure that the product is not damaged. This shall take 2-3 working days.




Jewelry


Can I order a ring in a size that is not offered on the site?

No, we do not provide such a facility as of now.


Is my jewelry authentic and certified?

Yes, all the jewelry at Swarnish is certified under SGL, IGI, GIA, HKD, and BIS.

 

I lost my jewelry certificate. Can I get a duplicate?

Yes, we can arrange another jewelry certificate for you. However, additional charges may apply. The certificate will be issued as a duplicate with a watermark signature.


Can I re-size my ring?

Yes, you can re-size your ring. We shall not charge you shipping prices. However, you may be required to pay additional charges if you need a bigger ring. In the opposite case, we shall refund some amount if you require a smaller size. Make sure the process takes place within 30 days of shipping.

What happens if the ring I bought doesn't fit?

We provide a complimentary ring sizer with your product. If it does not fit, then we shall provide a new ring free of cost within 30 days of shipping. However, after 30 days, we shall charge a small amount for the exchange.


Can I take a ring to my local jeweler to have it resized?

Yes, you are free to do so. However, once you take this step, our agreement and certification will be void, and we will neither exchange nor take the product back after any modifications.

30-day money-back policy*

This policy ensures your satisfaction with the product. But if you choose to return it, then we will accept it in the original condition alongside the certification. This applies to Indian residents only.


Also, we will not hold shipping charges in case of return. All your money will be deposited in your bank account. The return shipping is free of charge within the 30-day money-back policy.


100% Refund


Within 30 days of shipping, if you choose to return a product, we will provide a 100% refund, i.e., including shipping prices. 


Free returns


Within 30 days of shipping, we will not charge any shipping prices for exchange or return. 


Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy


We offer this policy on all Swarnish purchases. The product and its certification can be returned or exchanged based on the market value with deductions; if applicable. 

In simple terms, it means the value of the returned product shall be measured with the current price listed on the website.

If you received any discount or free gift during your purchase, we will deduct the free gift value as required. However, you can choose to return the free gift.


Lifetime Exchange

Once the deductions are clear, the value will be credited to your Swarnish account. The value is valid for one year and you may use it to purchase anything on the website. 


Lifetime Buy-Back


We will refund 90% of your amount if you choose to return the product after making deductions in charges and discounts. The payment will take place through an online transfer within ten days of receiving the receipt. 


Note: If any alteration is made to the product, we shall not accept it for exchange or return.


Solitaire Exchange and Buyback Policy


This policy applies to solitaires less than or equal to 10,00,000 purchased from Swarnish, within India. You can exchange or return the product based on the current market value with the original product certificate. 


If you received any discount or free gift during your purchase, we will deduct the free gift value as required. However, you can choose to return the free gift.
